Dr. Kevin Cabugao

Director of Hospitality

Born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, Kevin Cabugao received his BS in Genetics at the University of California at Davis and worked in biotechnology before refocusing his energies towards graduate school. While Kevin found his work in the pharmaceutical industry rewarding, he felt unsatisfied with his career and sought an education that would best complement his enthusiasm for helping others with his understanding of the sciences. With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association as a part of the Board of Component Relations and has served as the former President of the Napa/Solano Dental Society.

Dr. Jade Castro

General Dentist at American Canyon

Hailing from San Bernardino and raised in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Dr. Jade Castro combines a warm, caring demeanor with a distinguished academic record. She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and went on to achieve her DDS from the University of California, San Francisco, where she also received Honors for her community clinic work.

Dr. Jade's commitment to service has taken her across the globe, from the Philippines to Jamaica and Mexico, providing invaluable dental care to underserved communities. Her passion for excellence led her to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in San Francisco, further refining her dental expertise.

Beyond her clinical skills, Dr. Castro excels at fostering a welcoming, transparent, and positive space for her patients, advocating for the integral role of dental health in overall wellness. She values open dialogue and ensures her patients are well-informed and comfortable under her care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Jade’s life is anchored by her family. She treasures the time with her husband and young son, believing that life's fleeting moments are precious. This philosophy extends to her patient care, as she strives to build enduring bonds that enable her patients to enjoy life to its fullest.

Dr. Kevin Duquette

General Dentist at American Canyon

Dr. Duquette, originally from Maine, laid his roots in California, graduating from Benicia High School. He pursued a Biology degree at Sonoma State University and honed his dental expertise at the University of the Pacific Dental School in San Francisco. With a 17-year tenure as an associate and co-owner at Marina Vista Dental in Vallejo, he has dedicated himself to lifelong learning, ensuring his patients receive the most advanced dental care.

Now residing in Vacaville with his wife and their two vibrant boys, Dr. Duquette finds joy in the culinary arts, advocating for healthy eating through cooking courses and research. He regards cooking as an undervalued skill and passionately reverses this trend one wholesome dish at a time. Always ready to share his culinary insights, he welcomes conversations about nutritious living.

Deeply involved in their community, the Duquette family is active in their church, The Fathers House. Dr. Duquette also delights in the outdoors, having transformed his home into a tropical oasis, and relishes time spent cycling and engaging in creative endeavors like 3D printing.

Dr. Steven Mansfield

Prosthodontist at Napa

Dr. Mansfield is a Board Eligible Prosthodontist. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colby College in Maine, and received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University in Boston. He completed a two-year residency program in Prosthodontics at the University of California, San Francisco.

Dr. Mansfield is a member of the American College of Prosthodontists, American Dental Association, and California Dental Association. He is also a member of the Napa-Solano Dental Society and serves on the Society Peer Review Committee. He also serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Prosthodontics— Implant, Esthetics, and Reconstructive Dentistry as well as on the Adjunct Faculty at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni, School of Dentistry in the Department of Integrated Reconstructive Dental Sciences.

Dr Mansfield is married and has 3 daughters.

Dr. Paul Belusko

General Dentist

Born and raised in Oregon, Dr. Paul Belusko earned his degree in Biochemistry from Portland State where it was while working in Biotechnology that he realized his calling to serve others was best expressed as a compassionate care provider within dentistry.  Soon after, Dr. Belusko attended dental school at Columbia University and graduated with high honors.  During this time, he had the privilege of volunteering as a student dentist serving throughout the rural parts of Jamaica and joined a hospital residency at Mount Sinai School of Medicine that partnered with the nearby Veterans Administration (VA) Hospital in the Bronx.  As a resident he worked on complex dental cases and added advanced dental implant techniques to his clinical practice.  With a surgical skill set greater than most general dentists, Dr. Paul has also earned his fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.​

After residency, Dr. Belusko returned to the West Coast to serve our veterans at the Washington State VA for several years.  Soon after, he travelled south with his wife back to her home state of California… settling down in Napa to be closer to her family and to enjoy the natural beauty of our region as an avid skier, hiker and cyclist.  With his wife, keeping his family and community first, Dr. Paul has two children and enjoys mentoring to the local youth as a Napa County 4-H leader in archery and at 4-H camp.
